When the River Freezes – Comfort Spice Soy Candle

Description

When the river freezes, the world grows quiet. Snow on the riverbank. A warm room. One more chapter.

Inspired by the first book in Erica R. Buteau’s Androscoggin After Dark series, this candle pairs snowy river artwork with Comfort Spice—a cozy fragrance of brown sugar and cinnamon, lifted by lemon, vanilla, and praline notes.

Midnight navy, weathered cream, and copper-colored details make this a keepsake for readers, river lovers, and anyone who knows the comfort of coming in from the cold.

Part of the Four Seasons. One River. candle collection.

This hand-poured soy candle brings that stillness indoors with a warm Comfort Spice scent—brown sugar, cinnamon stick, lemon, vanilla, and praline softened into a cozy fall-inspired glow. The dark label features a frozen riverside landscape, giving the candle a wintry cabin feel that suits slow evenings, reading nooks, and gatherings around the table. Made with USA-farmed soybeans and a cotton eco wick, it burns cleanly in a reusable amber or clear glass vessel beneath a black lid. Choose the 9 oz size for 50–60 hours of comforting fragrance. A thoughtful touch for autumn hosting, winter solstice rituals, cabin stays, or anyone who finds peace in cold-weather landscapes.
